This issue is fixed, Solution: Just open your bootstap.css and change as below
body.modal-open,
.modal-open .navbar-fixed-top,
.modal-open .navbar-fixed-bottom {
margin-right: 15px;
}
to
body.modal-open,
.modal-open .navbar-fixed-top,
.modal-open .navbar-fixed-bottom {
/*margin-right: 15px;*/
}
